What a show! With a bigger turn out than ever, 2018 was a great time to be exhibiting at Solar & Storage Live down at Birmingham’s NEC.
This year saw us launch the Victron Multiplus 3000, Victron Quattro 3000 and Victron Color Control from our newest partnership with Victron Energy.
Panels from AUO and Jinko also stole the show alongside big names such as SolaX, BYD & GoodWe who all had products on display.
Returning to the Waxman stand for the second year was German-based battery storage leader VARTA Storage, with the compact energy storage system, the VARTA pulse. Global Sales Manager, Christopher Britzger, Sales Manager of Residential Energy Storage – Roman Jordan and Steve Saunders – UK Account Manager were on hand to discuss the future domestic battery storage and improvements to the technology.
A key area, 2019 is primed to be the ‘year of battery storage’ for Waxman Energy with a brand new Victron training rig already in the pipeline. This follows the already successful VARTA Storage and BYD & SolaX battery storage training days.
Speaking of Waxman Energy’s commitment delivering expert advice on battery storage products, Technical & Business Development Manager, Ben Vinyard said:

This year’s Solar & Storage was a great chance for our brand new Sales Manager’s to meet and talk to current and prospective customers about their upcoming projects. Sales Manager for the North, Sarah Wallace and Southern Sales Manager, Huw Cooper, joined Waxman Energy earlier this year alongside Ben Vinyard who took on the role as Technical and Business Manager. The three major hires mark the growing success of Waxman Energy as the company goes from strength to strength.
