DC Isolators
These isolators are required to provide a means of manually isolating between the inverter and the PV array, as it is unusual in that it cannot be turned off.
DC Isolators
All terminals will remain live during daylight hours, so it is important that it can be isolated for any maintenance and during the system installation. The switch has to be rated for the system voltage (string open circuit voltage Voc x 1.15) and current (string short circuit current Isc x 1.25).
